Stage 1. Setup & Launch (3 weeks)

Understanding the product/services and analysis of the existing clients/case studies. Our goal is to pick the most relevant and responsive target market. We define hypotheses to test Portrait, Persona, and Proposal (what companies are you targeting, who are the people inside the companies, and what’s the offer).

🎯 Setting the targets

How many opportunities do you need monthly? How many contacts should we reach to achieve the determined number of opportunities? We consider the target market, industry benchmarks, your current setup, and previous outbound experience.

📝 Building the prospects lists

Based on targets and hypotheses, we find contacts to reach out to, verify emails, enrich them, and upload them to the sending tool.

🛠️ Setting up an infrastructure

Based on targets, we buy and set the necessary number of backup domains and mailboxes to ensure the best deliverability and run campaigns at scale.

🖋️ Copywriting and setting up campaigns

We craft email sequences & subsequences (with A/B options, Spintax, and AI personalization).

🚀 Launch

After the reviewing and 2-3 weeks warmup, we hit the start button.


Stage 2. Test and analyze (1-2 months)

👀 Monitoring

We monitor campaigns' performance daily in terms of open rates, bounce rates, and reply rates. We also check which messages work best in A/B tests and set deliverability parameters. 

📨 Inbox management

We work with different types of replies, unsubscribe/block people, work with subsequences, handle “not now” replies, and transfer opportunities to you.

📞 Calls scheduling (new)

Additionally, we can schedule calls with leads on your behalf.

⚙️ Automation

Usually, we sync the cold email tool with your CRM so that you can receive notifications and leads in your CRM straight away.

🆕 New campaigns

We can pick new hypotheses to test or add more contacts to the existing campaigns.


Stage 3. Scale

📝 New prospect lists building

If we see that some hypotheses work, we search and add more contacts to it based on specific criteria.

📈 Scaling an email infrastructure

If necessary, buy additional backup domains/mailboxes to make a rotation or send more emails.

💜 Lead nurturing

Build lead nurturing/content nurturing strategies to work with leads who are not ready to buy yet.

  • How much does it cost to try cold email outreach?

    We charge a monthly retainer depending on the scope of work done in the month. Initial pricing is suggested with an action plan. Depending on the scope, the monthly price could be 1.5-4K USD. To understand how it works, we usually need 3 months and a few hypotheses to test.

  • Do I need to buy the cold email tool?

    By default, no. We set up a separate workspace for you in Instantly.ai, you will have access to it during our cooperation. However, if you want to leave all your campaigns/leads/messages in your account, we can use your current tool or set up an Instantly account with a discount.

  • Do I need to pay for Apollo or any other tools?

    By default, no. It’s included in the prospect list building cost. However, if you already have your own tools you pay for, then we charge only for the building.

  • Do you guarantee the number of monthly leads or meetings?

    We don’t work on a pay-per-lead or pay-per-meeting basis. However, we always set targets at the beginning of our cooperation, and achieve them in most cases.

  • How many opportunities can you generate per month?

    Depends on your market, offer, and budget. Minimally we target 20-30 opportunities/month.

  • My budget for cold email is <1000$/month. What do you suggest?

    Let’s jump on a call to discuss how we can arrange our cooperation to work around your budget. You could do some parts by yourself (like inbox management, email sequences or setting up backup domains/mailboxes).
    If you literally don’t have a budget to delegate, we can work in session mode, 150 USD per hourly session, where you invest your time to build everything, and I will guide you through implementing the best practices.
